Clutch tool measurements

Made my own clutch centre nut tool from the dimensions supplied on the forum. However when I go to use it - way too small. Overall outside diameter given as 32mm but needs to be at least 36mm to fit on the nut. Anyone used these dimensions and had it fit?

Are the clutch nuts available from any source? On closer inspection some previous owner used the hammer and chisel method the remove this nut and now I don't think a tool will remove it.
