Honda did not mean for the rubbers to be serviced. They are riveted in the sandwich between the clutch outer ring gear and the basket. Easy enough to replace, but you won't find any reference from Honda to do it.

Thanks, I know how to get a kit, just not where the rubbers go. I didn't want to order a kit to find its not suitable for my bike.

You just have to pick the correct kit - 6 rubbers for the '79 or 9 rubbers for the '80.
