Hope all enjoyed the holiday weekend. I spent some of mine tipping my engine. What's the best tool/procedure for removing sticky cam holder dowel pins without damaging anything?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Brad

Machine a solid dowel ( cap screws do fine) that will fit inside perfectly, pack with grease or heavy oil & smite the machined dowel with a hammer...
The hydraulic force/shock pushes the hollow dowel out of its hole...if you're lucky.
However, they are cheap & readily available from Honda, sooo if that doesn't work use vice grips with an internal dowel (an ill fitting bolt does well for this duty) to prevent it totally collapsing.
