Many thanks to all for advice. Started at battery and worked all the way to headlight. Found the problem. Loose wire in 9 pin block. Easy clean and repair. Everything working perfect. Bill

Aaah, nice it is a simple and easy fix. One I see so much on all things. Corrosion or loose connection ^.^
