Those connectors are for optional accessory gauges that would fit in the two spots in the fairing. The fuses in the right hand glove box serve a portion of those conductors.
Green (G) = ground
Brown/White (Br/W) = +12V running lights, gauge lights (key switched to ON)
Red (R) = +12V from battery 1A fuse (not switched, useful for accessory clock power)
Black (Bk) = +12V 2A fuse or 5A fuse (key switched to ACC or ON)
