Beautifully executed! I’ve been running safety wired clips on my CBX and dirt bikes for 30 yrs, never once had a failure, saying that I did buy the MotionPro rivet tool and will use it the next time my ZRX needs a chain change. When Dave Ditner was still with us the deals he gave to friends and customers afforded me the opportunity to purchase a lot of spl tools.

Gold will be just too much and after it catches road grime, they look ugly.
I was also very conscious of not wanting to put 2 different golds on the bike. There are about 4-5 different blacks on my bike, which I think I get away with fine because they're not something that really draws the eye, but the gold of the wheels does, and I wanted contrast to set them off, not a near-match that IMO looks wrong.
When I checked they were like 100 usd and it didn’t make sense for me to spend so much.
I've used one like this without issue. For home/hobby use, I think it's fine. For frequent pro use, I'm sure that something like the tool from Motion-Pro or D.I.D. would be better and worth it. Ultimately, you're just using it to smush a piece of metal that's designed to be smushed - making sure you get stuff lined up and then keep an eye on it as you're tightening is the main thing, IMO.

I like the black plates with the gold rollers much better than the all gold chain, the all gold is a bitch to keep clean.

That is what I thought as well. If it gets dirty, outside will be just dark :). If I can keep it clean, it will have a good contrast.

Progress has been slow. Decided to use supertrapp headers with blackwidow twin slip on. Had to find a shop who would do the mid pipe fabrication. I wanted the bike to have a symmetrical look :) and gave up on idea of delkevic single exhaust.

Ceramic coating of headers and midpipe complete. Getting some cosmetic work done …

Whatever the configuration i also prefer the look of matching symmetrical mufflers.
Yours look good and suspect they will be LOUD.
