Please Vote For My KLR 650

Post by cbx4evr »

Entered a photo contest with a recent picture that I'll post below.

If you could take a minute to vote for me I'd appreciate it. No registration required as far as I can tell.

Thanks

If you see a picture you like better than mine then feel free to vote for it too. Haven't seen any CBX's.

I could access the photo, Nick, but it seems you have to be on Facebook to vote.

Shouldn't have to be on Facebook. I'm not on there myself. What a waste of time that is.

Anyway I see that the link is bringing up a Facebook page but you can still vote without signing in. It's odd though because the Facebook page never showed up like that before.

Please try again.

Nick

I think it worked. 56 votes.

How are you doing, anyway, Nick? Every time I wear my Autumn Rider polo shirt with the image of the 81 CBX, I am reminded that your bike was the model for the image... 8) 8)

Ya and it had that Rifle windshield on it, LOL.

As to myself life is great. Retired and can't figure out how I got stuff done when I worked. Busy all the time and sometimes even doing nothing feels like being busy. 3 grandkids, 2 of which are a 10 minute walk away.

I'll send you an email when I get a chance. Are you retired now Mike?

Greetings all. Thanks for the support.

Today I received the following in an email:
We chose your photo to be Canada's Ride for the month of November.

Get your Google maps out.

Located on Range Road 185, south of Highway 15 near Chipman, Alberta.

Going to come and visit??

Dang. We could have visited in July. We came through Edmonton and Lloydminster on our way home.

Either garage is too small or we have too many bikes. Or Momma's car needs to go outside.
