This is what I used on my last trip and will use on all future long rides. Works very well, looks like a 'roid' donut but can't be seen when you're sitting on it. Takes about a half pound of air (adjust to your liking) and it enables you to move around a bit eliminating those hot spots we all get on long rides. Very cheap alternative to an air hawk cushion which is over $100.
