Hi Dan
Great selection of posts/pix and ads again.
Hard for me to pick just one but I am leaning toward the photo of George and BBKing.
I was tempted to buy a few of those $50 Ohlins at Vintage Days (Mike/EMS) photo...but again 20/20 hindsight.
I liked the CBX Hillclimber video........thx Bob.
I know how much work this is Dan.......... so from all of us thanks.

I would vote for the George/BB King pix as well (including the subsequent pix of George and other fellow celebrities.
The hill climb vid was great as well. An X hillclimber, who would've thunk it.

Larry
That's one alternative.
Another is George somehow drops the CBX on BB King and his daughter disowns him. The photo showing all this makes the cover of USA Today!!!

I just thought that he was someone that shoots a BB gun really good.
I like the post on brakes. When I roadraced CBX's, I made up most of my time on other bikes on the brakes approaching turns. If I could stuff them going into a turn, it was real difficult to get back around me. My race engines were stock and the bikes I raced were the heaviest bikes out there by a long shot. With good brakes the X was extremely stable and easy to out stop others (until the brakes went out). On some weekends I'd start out with new pads and replace them the next day. They're like tires, heat cycles effect them.
For the pic's, no comparison-the pic of Stefan's bike. AWESOME BIKE
The posts in the forums? There is nothing like a CBX going up a long hill paved with hard-packed gravel (like Pikes Peak) with a pipe. With the proper pipe, you might be able to hear it from Colorado Springs, 9000 feet below the peak. Do the Colorado Rally next year and one day is scheduled for PP. Have to leave it open though because you don't want to go up there on a cloudy day. I just havn't figured out which bike would be the funnest to ride up there. Maybe The Bike That Jack Built?

After careful re-consideration,
I had overlooked the pic of Stefan's bike. Gotta put a vote in for that.

I must vote for the BB King photo due to the fact of that great looking CBX hat with the name on the back that says

You need to get him a new one Louis. That hat has seen better days.

The way George gets around, I couldn't think of a more efficient way to advertise
