Best I could do.
Pipes go up the back of the engine behind the airbox, up thro' the centre of the frame below the coils (there is a clamp / guide on the back of the coil to hook into), then thro' the front of the frame.
The Honda Service Manual has really good diagrams showing this sort of thing.
