Then you have a different fiche than I do. Mine does not show it. There is no number in the schematic for the part in the spot where it shows one on the 79/80 fiche.
And my "rest of the world" parts catalog for CBX-B and C doesn't show it either. It shows No 4 in the schematic with a line to both the brake hose and the boot and it says Hose B, Fr. Brake 45126-MA2-611 for the short one and -671 for the long one, Canada only.

I typed the part number on partzilla and it gave the years and models of the bikes it fits on.
Cbx came up under 79&80, didn't see it under 81&82.
