Rear brake

Post by DevonCbx »

I had put in a rear master cylinder kit believing that this would build up pressure when I pump the rear brake. Even while bleeding the rear brake, for some reason I cannot build pressure. I removed the rear master off the bike again. When I pump it up while pluging both resouvour and the other fluid line on the master cylinder, should there not be a build up of pressure? :?:

Duane, you will only build pressure when brake fluid flow has been restricted. That will not happen if air is in the system or the pads are not in contact with the disc.

These small brake systems can be a real bitch at times...
