Swap clutch basket Z to pro link

Post by zalle »

Hi guys, can I just swap the clutch basket?
I have a conversion kit from six center NL installed, would the pro link clutch basket be less noisy?
If so, are all models just a straight swap? Do I need a specific model? Do I need any extra parts?

The short answer is 'yes' you need other parts. Search the topic up here, volumes have been written about it.

There are now baskets for sale, right? I tried FB groups, and I found a few... Scammers 😑

See my reply to your other post. If you find a legit Pro-Link basket, with all the other correct parts you need from the Pro-Link, in good shape, you'll pay $800-$1000 USD for it. A huge waste of money IMHO. And you'll still have the early rattly primary shaft.
