Dave, It isn’t your favorite one... cbx1000 site wagners I believe.

Ahh. I posted it on the Honda CBX1000 Owners Page but Terry Schmitt mentioned the page you highlighted above so I may well start posting there.

I'm going to replace all three forks, the drum and the shaft. The middle fork is damaged and I think that is what is causing the issue.

None of the 'regulars' here are allowed on the page you posted on - PM me for details if you want more info on that.

Anyway, if the center fork was damaged, the slider gear it goes with will be damaged too. You must replace that one. The early model shift forks were subject to the wear you found if abused. The later forks were more robust and a slightly different design. Get Pro-Link parts if you can.
