Clutch adjuster

Post by jerry smith »

Was adjusting clutch and the adjuster(-locknut/screw) will unit move up a down and sideways quite freely. Not really ready to dismantle everything just now. Is there a support or loose nut inside? Can't really tell from manual.

Yes it will get very sloppy if you loosen it up a lot. Just adjust tension the way the book says and I believe you will be fine.
