You are probably talking "offset". There is no rake in the fork, unless the offset of the upper clamp is less than the offset in the lower clamp. Only a very few cruiser forks have that.
Rake is in the frame, in the steering neck, and will only change, if you cut and re-weld the neck.

The more you lower your front end and the smaller your front wheel becomes, the less trail you will have. This results in extremely unstable straight line performance. Something you really do not want when you go fast for a quarter mile.
But then again, we are all great engineers in our own mind....

We offset our busa's front ends a lot more than I did to this almost to the point that's it's straight up and down so we can run the rear wheel out further to the max wheel base in the class and we run 6 sec at over 200 1/4 without a problem. YouTube prostreet hayabusa and you'll see what we r running in a 1/4. That's 600+hp bikes. This is just a street bike not a race bike. if I let go of the bars it may get a little hairy but I don't plan to do that lol. Not tryin to come off like a smart ass so please don't take it that way. Just sayin I know what u mean and I'm prepared for it. Only one way to find out tho rite.

Last time i went to Youtube for a ProStreet Busa watch i was there for an hour.

A 16" front, 17" rear with shorter forks makes me worry about ground clearance as well...is this a drag bike only?

I run at nhdro and mirock. It's gonna sit low for sure but that's the look I'm goin for tho. I don't care for the twistes all that much and usually just lazy thru em then hit it in the straight. I should have pics ready sometime this week.

If you watch the nhdro grudge races at nite you'll see my 90 gsxr 1100 turbo bike on there a lot. It's blacked out with Bright blue riddlers question marks all over it and usually spittin Flames out of the turbo sittin on the line banging off the anti lag.

"I don't care for the twistes all that much" - is sure a statement of the obvious. To each his own, but the bike still has to be safe to ride.
