BUB Exhaust for CB-X?

Post by bdento59 »

Hey all to the best of the collective knowledge here, did BUB ever produce a CB-X exhaust? I was watching one on fleabay, but an internet search came up empty on any other examples, current or historic. Just wondering if this seller just took a punch and added the letters "BUB" to the bracket to make it look legit, when actually its just a MAC or some other semi-generic bit. tia....

BUB made a 6-2 CBX exhaust. Looks different than the MAC. The BUB has reverse cones at the end.

Thanks Mike, that's what I thought. I'm pretty sure these aren't actually BUB pipes.

They look an awful lot like Macs with "BUB" hand stamped on the mounting bracket, no?

I'm not sure, Bill....they are not MACs. They could be BUBs. Look closely at the pics. They have reverse cones...I think.

The pictures are terrible, but I don't see any reverse cones, just a shadow from the poor lighting?
