Rear indicator lose

Post by ajs350 »

My right rear indicator on my 79 is wobbling around in its bracket. Both nuts either side of the bracket on the stalk are tight. The left indicator is nice and snug but I cannot see what makes the difference. Any help would be great. Thanks Ross

Hi,

Does it have the two rubber inserts in the bracket? These provide the damping and make it a snug fit.

Paul.

Thanks Paul
I think whatever rubber grommet was there has gone. I'll have to see if I can get a replacement and figure out how to fit it.
