Just found out why I am posting the same cr.. twice 
: When you select the "message board" button after you post, you can not return to the forum home page by clicking the "back" button. It will tell you "page expired" . If you then hit "refresh", your post is posted again. Sorry for this. Maybe Dave can delete the doubles.
