Carb intake boot clips.

Post by sixinoz »

What was the factory setup for the carb intake boot clips? Mine has 1 and 6 both screws on the bottom and others one screw top and one bottom.
Would assume that clip screws should be together all same way???

While I don't know if there is a 'factory' orientation, I would suggest you just orient them to give you best access after everything is buttoned up. That way, you can check for tightness some time later.

Have a read through this thread about the clamps and after your head stops spinning the "orientation" should become clear.

Read through that thread/post, Steve. Made my day. I realize it was all very sincere. However, all I could think was ---- Who's on First??!

Great minds, Larry.
I was thinking the exact same thing.
